SteelChroma Toner is a dry-toner digital printing system for steel sheets. It prints full-color images and textures directly onto metal, then fuses the toner to the surface for durable finishes. It is the first commercial dry digital printing applied to steel sheets, a capability long used on paper and textiles but not on metal in production. Compared with inkjet and wet coating lines, the powder process sharply reduces solvent use, lowers VOC handling, and supports high-speed coil or sheet production.
